Welcome to stay with your furry companions! To ensure you and your pets have an enjoyable accommodation experience, please be sure to read the following regulations carefully:
1. Reservations and Fees
Advance Reservation: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a pet-friendly room.
Accommodation Fee: A cleaning fee of NT$800 per pet per night is charged (service animals excluded).
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible to avoid incurring additional fees.
Check-in Matters: To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete check-in procedures before 8:00 PM.
Important Notice: Pets are strictly prohibited in non-pet-friendly room types.
Violation: If pets are found in non-pet-friendly rooms without prior notification, the hotel will charge an additional cleaning fee (starting from NT$2,000) and related surcharges in accordance with regulations.
2. Deposit and Cleaning
Accommodation Deposit: A deposit of NT$2,000 is collected at check-in and will be fully refunded upon checkout if there is no damage.
Special Cleaning Fee: If your pet causes dirt or odor, a minimum cleaning fee of NT$800 will be charged.
Fee Details:
Each room can accommodate a maximum of two small pets under 20kg, with accommodation fees of NT$800/night for the first pet and NT$500/night for the second pet. (Service animals excluded)
Note! For pets weighing over 20kg, only one pet is allowed per room, with a fee of NT$800/night. (Service animals excluded)
3. Pet Type and Weight
Welcome to Stay: Cats, small and medium-sized dogs, or caged pets (such as guinea pigs, rabbits).
Weight Restriction: Pet weight must not exceed 20 kg.
Health Declaration: Please ensure your pet is healthy and has completed vaccinations.
(Cats and dogs must provide proof of rabies vaccination)
(For caged pets, owners must inform us in advance if the pet has any infectious diseases)
Pre-Check-in Requirements: Dogs and cats must be dewormed and bathed before check-in.
4. Public Areas
Keep Close: In public areas, please keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times, and monitor their condition constantly.
Clean Up: Please clean up your pet's waste promptly.
Simple Cleaning Provided: Cleaning wipes are available in the lobby for simple pet cleaning purposes.
5. Room Regul
Do Not Leave Alone: Please do not leave your pet alone in the room.
Protect Furniture: Please prevent your pet from damaging or harming furniture in the room.
Damage Compensation: If your pet damages any items, you will be responsible for compensation.
Bathing Prohibited in Bathroom: Please do not bathe your pet in the guest room bathroom.
Bring Your Own Supplies: Please bring your pet's own supplies, food, and medications.
Maintain Cleanliness: Please keep the room clean at all times and clean up your pet's waste immediately.
Cleaning Supplies Disposal: Please place used pet cleaning supplies in a trash bag.
Pet on Bed Guidelines: If your pet goes on the bed, pet pads or pee pads must be placed on the bed
6. Other Reminders
Keep Noise Down: Please ensure your pet does not make excessive noise that may disturb other guests.

Special Requests: If you have special requests, please inform us in advance.
Safety Responsibility: You are responsible for your pet's safety and health within the hotel.

Welcome to stay with your furry companions! To ensure you and your pets have an enjoyable accommodation experience, please be sure to read the following regulations carefully:
1. Booking and Pet Fees
1.1 Prior Reservation is Important!
To ensure you and your pet have a pleasant accommodation experience, please be sure to inform us in advance that you will be staying with your pet and confirm the availability of pet-friendly rooms. As the number of pet-friendly rooms is limited, we recommend making a reservation at least 48 hours before check-in. If you fail to notify us at the time of booking, we may charge additional fees or politely decline your check-in depending on the situation!
1.2 Pet Accommodation Fees
Each suite can accommodate a maximum of one furry companion. A cleaning fee of NT$800 per night will be charged. This fee allows us to clean and disinfect the room more thoroughly, ensuring the next pet guest can check in with peace of mind. However, service animals (such as guide dogs or emotional support animals) are exempt from additional charges!
1.3 Cancellation
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us early so we can arrange accommodation for other pet families and help you avoid incurring additional fees.

3. Pet Type and Weight Restrictions
3.1 Welcome These Furry Friends
We welcome cats, small and medium-sized dogs, or small animals that can be kept in cages (such as guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.) to stay with us.。
3.2 Pet Weight Restriction
To ensure all pets can stay comfortably, we limit pet weight to no more than 20 kg!
3.3 Pet Health Reminder
Please ensure your pet is in good health, free from infectious diseases and parasites, and has completed all vaccinations. This is to protect the health of other pets and guests.
4. Public Area Etiquette
4.1 Please Use a Leash
For your pet's safety and the comfort of other guests, please keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times in the hotel's public areas.
4.2 Cleaning Helper
As a responsible pet parent, please clean up your pet's waste (including vomit) promptly to help maintain a clean environment together.
5. In-Room Regulations
5.1 Pets Should Not Be Left Alone
Please do not leave your pet alone in the room to prevent them from feeling anxious or having accidents.
5.2 Please Take Care of Hotel Furniture
To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, please try to prevent your pet from damaging or harming beds, linens, or sofas. Also, please remind your pet to take good care of the furniture in the room!
5.3 Damage Compensation
If your pet damages any items in the room, you will be responsible for compensation!
5.4 Bathing Prohibited in Bathroom
Please do not bathe your pet in the guest room bathroom to avoid drainage issues or getting the room wet.
5.5 Bring Your Own Pet Supplies
Since each pet has different habits, we do not provide pet supplies, food, or medications. Please prepare your own!
5.6 Keep the Room Clean
Please keep the room clean at all times. Clean up immediately after your pet uses the bathroom.
5.7 Cleaning Supplies Disposal Guidelines
After use, pet cleaning supplies must be immediately sealed and placed in a trash bag to maintain room hygiene.
5.8 Pet on Bed Guidelines
To maintain bed hygiene standards, please be sure to place a dedicated pet pad or protective pee pad when your pet goes on the bed to ensure accommodation quality for subsequent guests.
6. Other Thoughtful Reminders
6.1 Please Keep Noise Levels Down
Please ensure your pet does not make excessive noise to avoid disturbing other guests. If other guests complain about your pet being too noisy, we will remind you to reduce the noise level. If the situation does not improve after two warnings, we may ask you to change rooms or, for the benefit of other guests, may have to ask you to check out early. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please provide an emergency contact phone number so we can reach you when necessary.
6.3 Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to assist you.
6.4 Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for any health issues or accidental injuries to your pet within the hotel. Please pay close attention to your pet's safety at all times.
6.5 Pet Registration
Upon check-in, please complete the pet registration form and sign a statement agreeing to comply with the pet-friendly policy.
7. Follow Together for a Happy Stay
7.1 Well-Behaved Pets Are Most Welcome
Please ensure your pet behaves well and does not pose a threat or cause inconvenience to other guests or staff members.
7.2 Violation Handling
If you violate the above regulations, we may terminate your stay without refunding any fees. Please be sure to comply!
