Welcome to stay with your furry companions! Our hotel provides pet-friendly rooms. Please read the following pet accommodation regulations, fee structure, and important notices carefully to ensure you and your beloved dogs or cats enjoy a comfortable stay together.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation Policy
PET-FRIENDLY TIPS
For your pet's safety and the comfort of others, please use a leash or carrier in public areas.
Please clean up after your pet's waste to maintain a clean environment together.
Cleaning wipes are available in the lobby for simple pet cleaning purposes.
Please do not leave your pet alone in the room.
Each pet has different habits - please bring your own supplies, food, and medication!
If you have any special needs, please let us know anytime, and we will do our best to assist you.
CHECK-IN REGULATIONS
Pet-friendly rooms are limited. We recommend making a reservation at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests who fail to notify in advance may incur additional charges or be unable to check in!
Check-in must be completed by 8:00 PM at the latest!
A deposit of NT$2,000 is required at check-in and will be fully refunded after checkout inspection if no damage is found.
A cleaning fee of NT$800 per pet per night is charged (service animals excluded). If pets cause additional dirt or odor in the room, an enhanced cleaning fee starting from NT$800 will be charged based on the level of cleaning required.
Please do not bathe your pets in the guest room bathroom.
If pets go on the bed, pet pads or pee pads must be placed on the bed.
APPLICABLE PET TYPES
Small or medium-sized dogs: Weight under 20kg, must have completed vaccinations.
Cats: Must have completed vaccinations, owners must bring their own litter box.
Small animals that can be kept in cages (such as guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.).
For pets weighing over 20kg, only one pet is allowed per room.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of two small pets under 20kg (first pet NT$800/night, second pet NT$500/night).
Please ensure your pets are healthy, free from infectious diseases and parasites, and have completed vaccinations to protect other pets and guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets' health and behavior. Please remain vigilant about safety at all times!
To avoid disturbing other guests, if your pet's noise level is excessive, we will provide a reminder. If no improvement is made after two reminders, a room change or checkout may be required. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are strictly prohibited in non-pet-friendly room types.
If pets are brought into non-pet-friendly rooms without prior notification, the hotel will charge an additional cleaning fee (starting from NT$2,000) and related surcharges in accordance with regulations.

If you have any concerns about room cleanliness, please notify us immediately. We promise to re-clean the room within 30 minutes or provide you with an alternative room.
