Drop your bags, change into something comfortable, and bring your kids and pets out to our large outdoor lawn. Watch the kids run around freely while your pet happily darts between them.
Pet rules
Check-in information
- Every room is pet-friendly. Please tell us when you book or before check-in that you are bringing a pet. Without notice, we may charge extra or be unable to accommodate you.
- A NT$2,000 deposit is collected at check-in and refunded in full if the check-out inspection finds no damage.
- The cleaning fee is NT$800 per night for the first pet and NT$500 for a second pet in Triple and Quad rooms (service animals exempt). If your pet causes extra soiling or odor, we charge an additional cleaning fee depending on how much cleaning is needed.
- Please do not leave your pet alone in the room.
- Please do not bathe your pet in the room's bathroom.
- If your pet goes on the bed, lay a pet mat or pee pad on the bed first.
Pets we accept
- Dogs 20 kg or less, fully vaccinated. Dogs over 20 kg are welcome too, 1 per room.
- Cats: fully vaccinated. Please bring your own litter box.
- Small animals that can stay in a cage (such as guinea pigs and rabbits).
- Pets over 20 kg: 1 per room, regardless of room type.
- Double rooms allow up to 1 pet. Triple and quad rooms allow up to 2 small pets 20 kg or less (NT$800/night for the first, NT$500/night for the second).
- Please make sure your pet is healthy, free of infectious diseases and parasites, and fully vaccinated. This protects other pets and guests.
Tips for pet owners
- For your pet's safety and other guests' comfort, please use a leash or carrier in public areas.
- Please clean up after your pet right away to help keep the hotel clean.
- Cleaning wipes are available in the lobby for quick pet clean-ups.
- Every pet has different habits, so please bring your own supplies, food and medication.
- If you have any special requests, just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Please note
- Owners are fully responsible for their pet's health and behavior. Please keep an eye on your pet's safety at all times.
- To avoid disturbing others, we will let you know if your pet is too loud. If it continues after two reminders, you may need to change rooms or check out. Thank you for understanding.
Our cleaning standards
Professional deep cleaning after every check-out, including floors, mattresses and furniture.
All linens are washed at high temperature with professional-grade detergent to sanitize them for the next guest.
A housekeeping supervisor inspects each room a second time to make sure it meets our cleaning standards.
If you have any concerns about how clean your room is, please tell us right away. We will re-clean the room within 30 minutes or move you to another room.

Is there an extra charge for pets?

Can my pet stay if it weighs over 20 kg?
Yes. Pets over 20 kg are limited to 1 per room regardless of room type, with a cleaning fee of NT$800/night. When you book, please tell us your pet's breed and weight so we can confirm the room arrangements first.
Can I leave my pet alone in the room?
No. Pets can get anxious alone in an unfamiliar room, and accidents can happen. Please always take your pet with you when you go out.
Do you provide pet facilities or supplies?
Every guest who brings a pet gets a welcome kit with a pet bowl, cleaning supplies and a small toy. Cleaning wipes are available in the lobby, and the hotel has a large outdoor lawn where your pet can run around. Every pet has different habits, so please bring your own food, everyday supplies and medication.
Are pets allowed in all room types?
Yes. All double, triple and quad rooms, both Deluxe and Superior, accept pets. Double rooms allow up to 1 pet, and triple and quad rooms up to 2. Please tell us you are bringing a pet when you book. Please let us know when you book. Without notice, we may charge extra or be unable to accommodate you.
Can my pet and I stay at the hotel for a while after check-out?
Yes. If you need a short rest after check-out, you and your pet are welcome to relax in the public areas. Please keep using a leash or carrier and clean up after your pet so other guests are not disturbed.
Can my pet go on the bed?
Yes, but to keep the bed clean, please lay a pet mat or pee pad on it before your pet gets on. That way the next guest gets a clean, comfortable bed.
Do I need proof of vaccination?
Yes. For cats and dogs, please provide proof of rabies vaccination before booking, and treat your pet for fleas and bathe it before check-in. For small caged animals, please tell us in advance whether they have any infectious disease.

Please clean it up as soon as you can, then let the front desk know. We will help and provide cleaning supplies. If the accident soils the furniture or leaves a noticeable odor, we charge an extra cleaning fee depending on how much cleaning is needed.
